FINALLY!! The Ralph's sign is Up!

Today, I drove by the much anticipated Ralph's and saw that the sign is up!!!  Hopefully the grand opening will be sooner than later.

It's been a slow process but it's definitely worth the wait!! 

Last year in January, we saw the first sign of framing and hoped to see our new Ralphs up and running by Fall of 2013.  A few weeks ago, I was driving in the car with my husband on Moorpark St and saw construction is still going on strong. 

At this rate, perhaps a Fall of 2014 may be more of a realistic opening.  Personality, I don't mind.  It's a bigger improvement for Ventura Blvd and the community of Sherman Oaks. :) 

NEW FOOD CHAINS HITTING VENTURA BLVD

During my broker's caravan, I have come to notice a couple of changes on Ventura Blvd.  Near Kester and Ventura blvd, there is a sign in front of a modern retail building for Panera Bread and Chipotle opening soon in Sherman Oaks.  Near Havenyhurst and Ventura, a Porquito Mas has taken Numero One Pizza location.  

Looks interesting.....

Coming Soon: LA FITNESS and FRESH & EASY

Tomorrow is the Grand Opening for Fresh & Easy Express in Encino.  Stop by and check out the new addition on Ventura Blvd.

Currently under construction, LA Fitness on Sepulveda that will be opening a two story gym with amenities that include:

• Spa
• Sauna
• Pool 
• Racquet Ballcourt
• Basketball Courts
• Kids Club
• Group Fitness
• Juice Bar

I'm looking forward to both additions to the area.
